1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the AK Traders live-stock platform at aktraders.tech (the "Platform"), including the public stock broadcast and the vendor trading desk. By accessing the Platform or submitting a purchase request, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Vendor accounts
The live stock broadcast is public and may be viewed without an account. Submitting a purchase request requires an approved vendor account. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for all activity under your credentials, and for keeping those credentials confidential.
We may approve, decline, suspend or close vendor accounts at our discretion, including where required by sanctions, credit or compliance checks.
3. Live stock & pricing
The Platform broadcasts inventory and indicative wholesale pricing that re-synchronises on an approximately ten-minute cycle. Stock levels, prices and lead times shown on the broadcast are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance.
- Quantities shown reflect a point-in-time view of warehouse inventory and may change between refreshes.
- Prices exclude taxes, duties and freight unless stated, and may be revised at confirmation.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per SKU and are shown against each item.
4. Purchase requests & orders
A purchase request is a request to buy, not a binding order. On submission we reserve the requested stock for thirty (30) minutes while our trading desk confirms availability, freight and lead times. An order becomes binding only when we issue a written confirmation. We may decline or partially fulfil a request where stock, pricing or compliance circumstances change.
5. Pricing & payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, approved vendors trade on Net 30 terms from the date of confirmation. We may require prepayment, deposits or credit limits for new accounts or large orders. Late balances may incur charges and suspension of trading-desk access.
6. Delivery & lead times
Lead times shown on the broadcast are estimates. Title and risk pass on the terms stated in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns & RMA
Returns are accepted only under an authorised RMA raised within the window stated at confirmation. Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by the RMA reference. Restocking fees may apply. Faulty goods are handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
8. Warranties
Hardware carries the original manufacturer's warranty. Except as required by law, the Platform and its data are provided "as is" without further warranty, including any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation of the live broadcast.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK Traders is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of the Platform or reliance on broadcast figures. Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amounts paid for that order.
10. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact@aktraders.tech.
